Tibia Fansite Contest: Sweet Eventholder
Tibia has recently introduced a delightful new city, Candia, where the inhabitants are sweet, charming, and full of surprises – a land where candies and desserts come to life! In the spirit of this yummy world, we invite you to unleash your artistic skills and design a costume for our mascot, Eventholder, inspired by the enchanting creatures of Candia.
RULES
✦ Players can send their submissions from the announcement of this contest until the server save on September 22nd (10:00 CEST).
✦ Draw an original costume design for our Eventholder, inspired by the creatures from Candia.
✦ The drawing needs to be done using real materials; printed images, collages, and digital works will not be accepted.
✦ The design should be appropriate for all audiences.
✦ Make sure to send good quality images.
✦ Send us 1 photo of the creation process and 1 final photo.
✦ Both photos must have the same handmade sign saying “TibiaEvents – Sweet Eventholder.”
✦ Both photos must be submitted together, along with the participant’s name, server, and the creature that inspired the costume.

✦ You can submit more than one entry, but the same player will only receive one prize if among the winners.
✦ Each submission must be sent separately.
✦ Tibia Events staff is not allowed to participate in this contest.
✦ Any form of plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.
✦ Any attempts to cheat or exploit the rules will result in disqualification.
✦ Any disrespect to any Tibia Events staff or other members will result in disqualification.

✦ The submissions must be sent via Discord, in the channel #sweet-eventholder.
✦ The Tibia Events staff will use emojis to notify you if your entry has been accepted. To ensure your entry is reviewed, please submit it at least one day before the deadline.
✦ If your submission is marked as “incorrect,” review the rules and make the necessary corrections before the deadline.
✦ It’s important to emphasize that notifying a mistake in the submission is a fansite courtesy; the responsibility for sending a correct entry within the deadline rests solely with the participant.
✦ Your entry must be made by you and be exclusively for this contest.
✦ By participating in this contest, you allow Tibia Events to use your submission for any purpose.

All submissions must be sent by the server save (10:00 AM CEST) on September 22nd to be considered for the contest.
Please keep in mind that we are using CEST time.
Make sure to compare the time difference with your time zone to avoid missing the deadline.
